**Your new role**
The responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and support office relocation projects/processes from end-to-end.
- Organise and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Support HR functions, including organising signage, branding, and welcome packs for employees.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Only looking for Part-Time Opportunities for 2 or 3 days.
Experience: Previous Office Manager/ Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant/ Team Assistant experience is mandatory.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
Tech Savviness: Proficient technological skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
