Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager responsible for managing relationships with our payroll, workforce optimization, and payroll services clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our SaaS offering. This role will involve working closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by our clients, and to drive adoption and usage of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing support and guidance as needed
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
- Work with the technical team to resolve any technical issues or challenges faced by customers
- Identify and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and deliver regular reports on customer health, satisfaction, and usage to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our customer success processes and best practices

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with SaaS and/or HR technologies a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
