Our client provides one of the world’s leading artificial intelligence and machine learning based cyber security solutions which is used by over 8000 organisations worldwide. In line with their APAC expansion, this recently listed organisation is continually growing and have an immediate opening in their Customer Success division based out of their office in Sydney
**About The Role**:
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in furthering their career within a fast-growing Cyber vendor working with leading edge solutions. Open to individuals with exposure selling into an existing SaaS/Managed Service/Cyber security install base. This flexible work from home/office role will see you manage several named accounts across a worldwide client base. Ongoing training and development will be provided by industry experts to bring you up to speed on all the solutions sold within the business.
**About You**:
- Must have at least 3 years customer success or related field experience.
- Strong enterprise account management background with an element of net new logos.
- Technical understanding of cyber security solutions or selling is advantageous.
- Demonstrated achievements of targets in previous roles with longevity/tenure.
- Ability to communicate with various senior stakeholders about complex situations.
- Willingness to travel when needed to clients across the region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of strategically assigned clients within the mid-enterprise to large enterprise space.
- Handle client escalations to resolution, leveraging cross-functional internal teams.
- Liaise with internal directors, account executives, SME’s and analysts who will assist you performing your role.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Continually, conduct health checks to drive positive outcomes and retention.
