**This opportunity**

This role supports the central Spring Office and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to drive and facilitate organisational change.

**Responsibilities**

**Drive Ownership and Initiative**:

- Identify and take ownership of opportunities to enhance business engagement and uplift capability.
- Proactively drive the development of strategies to improve the organization's understanding of processes and their effective implementation.
- Demonstrate initiative in seeking out ways to support teams in achieving their objectives through enhanced processes and capabilities.

**Engage Stakeholders**:

- Engage with key stakeholders across business units to understand their needs and challenges.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to garner support for training and change initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between various business units and the training and change management team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

**Develop and Execute Training Programs and Communication Strategies**:

- Identify organizational training needs aligned with Spring Office processes, encompassing planning, delivery, and capital management.
- Plan and own the full program of training and communications, determining the best channels for engagement.

**Lead Change Management Strategies**:

- Develop change management plans to support the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems.
- Assess the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate resistance and promote acceptance.
- Create communication plans to ensure timely and consistent messaging about transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees as they navigate through process changes, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

**Drive Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and change practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in training and change management processes and recommend enhancements.
- Evaluate and enhance communication channels, consistently reviewing and curating content across our knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Manage schedules for training events.
- Bachelor's degree in a reKnowledge and experiencelevant field, such as business administration, organisational psychology, or human resources.
- Proven experience in training and change management roles, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Leading and or implementing transformational changes.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using training software, learning management systems, and other relevant tools.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) desired but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- A passion for training, change management, and driving.
- Excellent communication skills and an independent thinker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
