Design and run the implementation process for fintech & marketing SaaS & Services for recycling industry clients, leading internal cross-functional teams

**Description**:
About CES

We believe there is a better way to recycle that positively impacts individuals, communities, and the environment. Our mission is to increase recycling rates, rid the world of drink container litter, and empower community participation in an accredited circular economy.

We provide services and technology to enable the circular lifecycle of a drink container, from purchase to collection, through to recycling and remanufacturing. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.

Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World. We power one of Australia’s largest recycling programs: Containers for Change.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced client-facing Implementation Manager to design and project manage complex implementations of fintech and marketing SaaS and related Services for new recycling scheme clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and develop an efficient, scalable and repeatable framework for implementations to support our future growth

You will report to the Agile Portfolio Manager and work collaboratively across the organisation to lead cross-functional teams to deliver effective and efficient implementations.

You’ll be based at our offices in North Sydney, with the option to work from home 3 days per week; some travel to client sites may be required from time to time.

**Key responsibilities**:
Design a more efficient implementation process so CES can deliver our SaaS software and Services as a turnkey solution, leveraging the Product team and functional SMEs to reduce the implementation time from 6 months to 3 months.
Successful implementation of our SaaS Products and Services for new clients (four new clients are currently underway) on time and in full. This will involve managing multiple implementations across multiple new clients in parallel (each in a different launch window), in a fast paced environment.
Closely monitor the multiple project workstreams and hands-on manage interdependencies, changes and risk assessments in project tools, communicating these and ensuring the teams are informed, on track and meeting milestones.
Act as the key leader for new client implementations for the wider business, managing stakeholders and building strong high performing cross functional teams.
Develop a deep awareness and understanding of the company’s SaaS Products and Services to guide and assess new client needs.
Deliver the commercial outcome expected for the implementations.

**Skills and Experiences**:

5-10 years of software project management experience (ideally in an Agile Environment)
Minimum 3-5 years’ client management
Experience with large programs of projects across multiple functions in short timeframes
Broad Business Knowledge - while the role is mostly IT focused, a broad business understanding is important to be able to understand client needs and leverage functional managers and SME to implement the services for new clients

Your Skills

Hands on Project Management Skills with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
