Who you are   

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to build our sales enablement function from the ground up. If you have a knack for understanding sales processes and strategies, natural people skills, and a passion for empowering sales teams to reach new heights, this may be the role for you 

You will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to create and launch programs that supercharge sales effectiveness and drive impressive revenue growth. Your mission will be to enable our sales teams to shine their brightest and hit every target with confidence and precision. 

What you'll do  

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Humanforce’s business goals and sales objectives.  
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, workshops and resources to improve the sales team’s skills, proficiency and product knowledge   
  • Content development: Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, playbooks, guides and other resources to support the sales process.  
  • Tools & technology adoption: Implement and optimise Humanforce’s sales tools, ensuring the sales team are equipped with the tools they need to succeed and are using them effectively.  
  • Performance analytics: Analyse sales performance metrics to measure the impact of enablement activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.  
  • Onboarding: Design and execute a robust onboarding program for new members of the sales team to ensure rapid productivity.  
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and sales leadership to prioritise enablement focus areas, and support the sales team with relevant information and materials. 
  • Change Management: Develop and execute plans for communicating and managing changes to tools & processes, new G2M strategies, and new product developments. 

What you’ll need   

  • 3+ years in a sales enablement, sales training or relevant role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-focused business.   
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.  
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate them 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering 1:1 coaching, and engaging group training sessions.  
  • Creative skills in content creation and graphic design to produce high quality, engaging materials  
  • Data literate and & results driven. Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure the success of sales enablement initiatives.  
  • Comfortable with various sales tools and technologies and able to effectively train others on their use

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Examples of passion projects or side hustles focused on training or skills enhancement.
