Office Manager

**Overview**: We are two small legal and consulting practices (Wise Law and Daria Consulting) that work together in the technology/IT and cybersecurity space. We are looking for assistance to support the principal of each practice to improve practice efficiency.
**Part time**: We're suggesting 10am-3pm x 3 days per week, but hours and times are negotiable. Tell us what you need to make it work.
**Responsibilities and experience**:We require support in the following areas: formatting and editing documents in MS Word (essential), creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, proof-reading and editing documents and communications, summarising content, preparing a first draft of communications/articles, social media management and updating websites (using tools like Wix and Wordpress).
We’ll need help with the usual general office management tasks too - appointment scheduling, facilities management, invoicing, filing, organising small events etc.
Experience using MYOB, Sharepoint & O365 tools, social media and Canva would be a bonus.
You don’t need expertise in all the tasks listed above, and your experience doesn’t need to come from the legal industry or formal qualifications. We're more interested in finding a thoughtful, capable and motivated person who is the right fit for our team and can get the work done to help us meet our goals. We will build the role and review your responsibilities over time based on matching our needs with your skills, and we will provide support to assist you to perform.
**Salary**: Our suggested remuneration range is FTE $70,000-$80,000 (plus super), but salary and other benefits such as additional leave, flexible working arrangements, bonuses and anything else important to you are genuinely negotiable based on capability and agreed responsibilities.
