About the role
Reporting to the People and Culture Lead, utilise your exceptional

administration and communication skills as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues.

Manage the day-to-day running of the office and act as a trusted support to all stakeholders of the business. You will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in progressing the goals of a company-sponsored charity.

Duties:

  • Manage the daytoday running of the office; ordering office supplies, purchasing kitchen amenities, staff entertainment and arranging maintenance
  • Front of house duties; greeting guests, managing phone switchboard, processing ingoing and outgoing mail
  • Monitor the meeting room calendar and ensure it is prepared for external meetings
  • Collaborate with People and Culture Lead on staff events and culturalrelated activities
  • Provide Onboarding and Offboarding administration for employees
  • Proactive role in the admin and events of the business owned charity

Skills & experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience in a reception/administration role
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to prioritise and multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously
