**The Opportunity**:
This role will be the key contact to the Coles Property Managers, Supply Chain FM Operations team and the respective landlord and property managers across the Coles Distribution Centre network. In addition, they will prepare and submit quotations to recover expenditures related to warranties, recoveries, and CAPEX. This role will also provide administrative support to the supply chain management team.
The role will maintain records of open landlord recoveries and CAPEX work. Working with the finance team seeking further landlord recoveries. In addition, the role will work to achieve all financial targets, report on all key KPIs each month, and put together board reporting.
The role will also be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain operations management team by planning key meetings, preparing documentation and presentations, and presenting and supporting reporting during presentations. Manage key elements to deliver successful outcomes such as CAPEX delivery. Liaising with these key managers to ensure daily/weekly/monthly meetings and appointments are arranged. They act as the first contact point when managers are unavailable and provide priority direction.
**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:
- Experience in facilities management and or commercial property - Highly Preferred
- Sound commercial acumen
- Experience identifying and appropriating allocation of CAPEX for facility development
- Past experience in recovering costs incurred from suppliers and Landlords
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, coupled with the ability to multitask.
- Extremely organised with the ability to work independently when required.
- Proven Intermediate/Advance MS Office skills - Essential
- Experience in Retail/Supply chain services - Advantageous
