**You will be responsible for**:
- Reception, patient check in and check out processes.
- Coordination: You will be responsible for managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all patients receive excellent care.
- Actively managing the appointment book and active maintenance / recall system, ensuring the appointment book is full and the dentists time is being used proactively.
- Motivate and promote patient participation in dental care.
- Participate in the planning, treatment presentation and follow-up for patient care.
- You will provide excellent patient care, ensuring that patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Assists dentist in closing the treatment plans generated by the dentist.
- Identifying, reviewing and troubleshooting operational front desk issues.
**YOUR Outcomes**:
- Excellent patient experience: Ensure that all patients receive excellent care and have a positive experience at our practice.
- Efficient clinical operations: Streamline clinical operations to maximise efficiency and patient throughput.
- Accurate record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.
**YOUR Scorecard**:
- Front of house duties: Successfully complete all FOH duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
- Patient satisfaction: Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction, as measured by patient feedback surveys and complaints or praise
- Record keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, with no errors or omissions.
- Patient Referrals - how many patients became raving fans?
- Team player - how does our team rate you?
- Smooth transition: Ensure the smooth transition between the front of house and clinical side, ensuring that all patient needs are met and patient care is paramount.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
