**Office Administrator**
**Globe 24-7 is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide efficient day to day office and administration support to our client, on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Purpose of Position:
The Administration Assistant role operates as a central player in the administration function of the office. This role provides efficient day-to-day reception, office, and administrative support to the Company. The role will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the VP - APAC, and various stakeholders in Perth & Tucson, leading communication and connection between a range of departments.

Areas of Responsibility:

- Manage and maintain the Reception area and its related tasks and resources
- Coordination of staff events, such as quarterly / end of year functions, and employee town halls
- Assist with travel and mobilisation bookings and arrangements
- Manage general building maintenance and security protocols, office parking bays and building access cards, including liaising with relevant companies & contractors as and when required
- Manage fire safety equipment, organise related training, maintain safety procedures and documentation
- Manage & maintain office documentation, registers, and office procedures
- Expense reporting, petty cash reconciliation with accounts payable
- Filing and management of records, archiving, and storage requirements
- Full responsibility for the upkeep of general office administration tasks to ensure the office and business operations run smoothly - organise catering for meetings, training, conferences and events, maintain meeting rooms and the office, control stock of office amenities ensure photocopiers have paper and toner, etc.
- Complete monthly visits to warehouse units in Welshpool, including management of their office & kitchen supplies, building maintenance, and safety equipment
- General ad-hoc administration duties, as required from time to time

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite
- A professional approach combined with a flexible, positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work in a team environment or work independently as required
