Our client have been awarded the real estate industry's greatest honours those of Top Listing and Top Selling Real Estate Group an astonishing 21 times out of the past 26 years since the awards inception by REIWA in 1988.
Their SOR office has been established in the City of Canning area for over 30 years.With a solid sales team of 6 qualified Sales Agents with years of experience, they are now seeking the skills of a talented and dynamic person to join their team as the key customer facing role of Reception and Sales Administration.
THE ROLE
This is a busy office and highly professional team.
You will be instrumental in the following:
Greeting all walk-in traffic (Sellers, buyer, owners and tenants)
Make sure you know the teams comings and goings
Answer the main office phones and manage the switchboard
Process all sales and listing files from beginning to end and overall admin support to the Property Management department
Database management
Maintain the reception and general office overall presentation
Make sure meeting rooms are tidy after meetings
ABOUT YOU
Experience in a previous real estate office would be ideal
Understanding of real estate CRMs (Property Tree/Property Me) desirable
Exemplary presentation plus warm welcoming demeanour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be vibrant, dynamic and friendly
Ability to get along with all types of people
Be professional and treat all dealings with discretion
Exceptional computer and software skills. Namely Microsoft office
Strong work ethic and accountability
Exceptional time management
