This organisation services one of Western Australia's largest mining organisations. They are responsible for the facilities' management aspect of the building. This company is a significant player within the real estate industry of Australia. They are currently experiencing significant growth and require additional assistance.

**Your new role**

The receptionist in this organisation is responsible for management of all incoming client communications within a Workplace Services team for a larger client This role will provide customer service and administrative assistance to all aspects of the Workplace and reports to the Assistant Site Manager. The role requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, can work independently and is confident in their ability to multitask and prioritise. You will be responsible for the following:

- First Point of Contact for all visitors and clients, professionally greeting all visitors at reception, providing access, and coordinating the arrival experience with Host.
- Management of all Security Access enquiries including administrating profiles for all staff and visitors into the Gallagher system.
- Assisting with large group arrivals and building inductions.
- Switchboard enquiries.
- Liaise with Key Stakeholders, suppliers, building management team and contractors relating to management of the workplace.
- Weekly Floor Inspections and reporting any cleaning and maintenance issues.
- Opportunity to develop your skills and provide additional support to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager.
- Working within a professional and collaborative environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar administrative/customer service-based role from any background
- Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision.
- Adept at using new systems and/or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel essential)
- High level of attention to detail
- Highly organised person
- Ability to work in a proactive nature
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and can proactively manage workload
- Excellent Teamwork and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer service environment
- Enjoy working with people at all levels
- Excellent Grooming and Presentation
- Welcomes the ability to mentor/coach others
