**About the role**:
We are looking for a passionate part-time HR Business Partner to join our Leadership team for a parental leave cover. You will be responsible for delivering HR advice, supporting managers and providing the full range of general human resources services and activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, advising on HR policies and procedures, talent development, compensation and benefits, wellbeing and reward and recognition.

We are after a multi-talented, flexible and hands-on individual who can drive the HR function in its entirety with HR administration support. The role is 3 days per week Reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for the entire People and Culture function for our employees in Australia and our partners overseas.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute the people initiatives across the business to positively drive staff engagement
- Key areas of responsibility include Talent acquisition, succession planning and organisational design, Reward & recognition, onboarding and employee experience, performance management, talent retention and Learning & development.
- Partner with leaders across the organisation and provide leadership and advice on all people and culture matters to ensure a high performing and engaged workforce and effectively managed employee relations
- Ensure compliance across all policy areas including Work, Health & Safety, industrial relations and employee relations
- Partner with Managers on the planning, design, change management and implementation of policies, projects and programs, such as capability programs or restructuring activities

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role at the Advisor or Business Partner level, preferably in a SME culture.
- Demonstrated experience working with modern awards and resolving ER/IR issues in Australia
- Strong influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to adapt communication style to be effective with all levels
- Focused, highly-organised, and strong multi-tasking abilities with exceptional written and verbal skills
- Outcome focused with the ability to solve for issues, manage risk and provide pragmatic solutions
- A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
