What you’ll contribute to

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive Travel Coordinator to join our Corporate Services division until 27th September 2024.

The Corporate Services Division is responsible for overall corporate leadership, governance, compliance, strategic direction, company reputation, community engagement, human resources and to partner with the business to solve problems, enable the achievement of company results and drive a high-performance culture to become an outstanding employer of choice.

The Travel Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and delivering cost effective, customer focused travel solutions to the business in order to ensure efficient and cost effective management of business travel requirements.

How you’ll make an impact- Implement agreed travel procurement processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve travel management and cost objectives. Ensure any changes to processes and procedures are accurately documented and communicated.- Assist in the development of processes and procedures for all business travel to achieve travel management and cost objectives.- Provide day-to-day travel coordination support including delivering exceptional customer service to achieve a consolidated travel management approach which offers great value for TMCA, whilst actively liaising with the traveller and booker to ensure that all requirements are met.- Act as the key contact for both internal (staff) and external (contractors, Toyota affiliates, dealers, and suppliers) customers. Resolve any queries and issues and escalates matters to minimise risk.- Monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required.

Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you- Similar experience working in the travel industry, travel management and/or customer service and admin roles.- Experience managing supplier and agency relationships.- Experience with Coupa desirable but not essential.
