**THE ROLE - **based in our Cheltenham, Melbourne

The Product Coordinator Australia is responsible for assisting the product team with tour set up and ongoing inbox management. Provide support to Customer Service Centre and Sales Teams to grow product knowledge. Work to develop processes and procedures as well as system improvements to benefit the business.

Product Coordinators assist with the following activities
- Secure inventory with suppliers
- Tour package set up
- Management of cruise and hotel inventory
- Ensuring suppliers receive all final rooming lists, passenger lists, cruise manifests within the contracted time frame
- Assist business to maximise inventory
- Create traveller feedback forms
- Streamline/improve/develop processes to ensure consistency across all products and brands
- System improvements to enable better efficiency for the business
- Assisting Customer Service Centre with product enquiries
- Create traveller documentation

- Ability to manage multiple activities and demands at the same time

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Show initiative in assessing and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and teamwork
- Demonstrate strong teamwork while maintaining the ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
