- Or are you currently working as a Guest Service Agent looking to progress your front office career and know you need to learn night functions to progress your FO career.
- Do you want to be part of a team that values your contribution, wants to hear your ideas and supports your progression?

**The key responsibilities for the position include**:

- Support hotel management to implement new procedures, ensuring all employees have a complete understanding of Hotel policies and procedures
- Create Management Reports with absolute precision
- Assist to develop the skills and effectiveness of the Front Office Team through training and coaching
- Conduct regular floor walks, interact with guests, encourage customer feedback and ensure that all guest requests and feedback are followed up in a timely manner
- Complete an audit of daily hotel operations and general reception duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure an open flow of communication is maintained between night and day staff
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure

**To succeed in this position you will**:

- Be able to work 11pm - 7.30am over a 7 day rotating roster
- Have sound organisational skills with the ability to priorities and multitask in a busy environment
- Be an exceptional communicator, able to build relationships and provide expectation guest service
- OPERA system and front office experience is highly desirable.
