**ASSISTANT NIGHT MANAGER**
- Are you currently fulfilling the responsibilities of a Night Auditor and looking for your next move?

Supporting the Night Manager, the Assistant Night Manager ensures the smooth running of the night operations while adapting to changing priorities. We are looking for a results focused person who creates a positive impact by delivering consistent and high quality customer service.

**The key responsibilities for the role include**:

- Support hotel management to implement new procedures, ensuring all employees have a complete understanding of hotel policies and procedures,
- Create Management Reports with absolute precision,
- Assist to develop the skills and effectiveness of the front office team through training and coaching,
- Conduct regular floor walks, interact with guests, encourage customer feedback and ensure that all guest requests and feedback are followed up in a timely manner,
- Complete an audit of daily hotel operations and general reception duties with accuracy and efficiency,
- Ensure an open flow of communication is maintained between night and day staff,
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure.

**To succeed in this role you will**:

- Be able to work 11pm - 7.30am over a 7 day rotating roster with full Australian working rights,
- Have demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to priorities and multitask in a busy environment,
- Be an exceptional communicator, able to build relationships and provide expectation guest service,
- OPERA system and front office experience is highly desirable.
