**About Us**
DPC Demolition & Salvage is a trusted name in the demolition industry in South Australia. We are a specialist Adelaide salvage company and have over 20 years of experience.
We offer the full range of building services associated with the demolition, renovation or reconfiguration of buildings and facilities. DPC operates in the commercial, industrial & civil construction industries and salvaged items international trading.
**The Role**
As a Project Administrator, you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of high-quality, and profitable projects. You will take charge of ensuring the efficient operation of projects from acceptance through to completion, with a strong focus on administrative and organizational excellence.
**About You**
We are looking for a strong addition to our supportive team, someone who embodies the qualities we value most. To excel in this role, you should bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a people-first mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all written documentation and presentations.
- Strong organizational prowess, with the ability to multitask effectively, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
- IT literate, with strong MS Suite skills and confidence in maintaining a detailed CRM.
- Marketing-related project management experience is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of import and export regulations for various countries.
- Global compliance regulations project management experience is required.
**To Apply**
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Project Administrator or Project Manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing-related project management: 2 years (preferred)
