Established in 1996, Marwill Pty Ltd is a leading electrical and refrigeration contracting business serving the local area. Our clients include State and Local Government agencies such as Building Asset Services, North West Hospital & Health Services, Queensland Rail, Ergon, McKinlay Shire Council, and neighbouring Councils.

We also provide services to Telstra and its major subcontractors, along with private and commercial enterprises. Additionally, Marwill has established strong relationships with prominent building companies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development, evaluation, and modification of contracts & projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Manage all paperwork associated with contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Address and resolve inquiries and issues related to contracts, projects, and services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on key contractual matters and implement decisions to promote project progress and integrity.
  • Rewrite and update existing contracts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Oversee work and report on variations to work orders.
  • Interpret contract requirements and communicate terms and conditions to stakeholders to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Project/ Construction Management or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications;
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in contract management or a related administrative role;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
