We are seeking a **highly organised and detailed-oriented individual **to join our team as an administrative administrator at our Brisbane office, Murarrie. This position requires the **ability to manage multiple tasks and projects** simultaneously, while maintaining a **positive and professional attitude. **The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various areas within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scheduling jobs, meetings and appointments with vendors.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising and maintaining data and other records.
- Drafting and editing documents, reports, and quotes.
- Managing inventory and ordering office and factory supplies.
- Providing general support to the BNE-team.
- Performing basic accounting tasks, such as preparing expense reports and processing invoices.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with add hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
