**The Role**:
This organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer with a focus on credit card and expense management to join the finance team. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in managing credit card transactions, expense reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities of the role include:

- Applications for new credit cards
- Utilisation of the bank portal
- Administer credit limit changes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve related queries
- Assist others with the in-house expense management system

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience as an Administration or Accounts Payable Officer
- Strong understanding of expense reimbursement processes/practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
