people2people are working with a prestigious education provider based on the northern end of the Gold Coast seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Assistant to support their Head of Primary for a two-month contract period with scope for permanency based on performance.

about the role

Commencing on Tuesday the 3rd of October for the duration of Term 4, as the PA to the Head of Primary, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the institution e responsible for:
**Diary Management**: Assisting in the meticulous management of the Head of Primary's schedule.

**Office Coordination**: Coordinating, developing, and managing all office functions.

**Administrative Leadership**: Providing leadership to the Primary Administrative team to ensure consistency and efficiency, especially during times of absence.

**Data Management**: Overseeing the Primary reporting system, including data input, to ensure accurate records and reporting.

**Calendar Maintenance**: Maintaining the annual/term Primary Calendar

**Document Management**: Ensuring the accurate completion and distribution of documents

**Event Organisation**: Organising events, functions, and meetings as required by the Head of Primary and the Primary Campus.

**Reporting and Correspondence**: Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, memos, and summaries

**To excel in this role, you should possess**:
Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment.

**Professional Integrity**: A high level of professional integrity, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, knowledge of TASS highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and initiative.

Strong communication skills enabling you to interact effectively with staff, parents, and the wider community.

**First Aid**: A valid First Aid Certificate, including CPR highly advantageous
