**The Role**

The College seeks to appoint a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative and organisational support to our Head of Primary. In this critical role, you will assist in diary management, coordinate and manage office functions, maintain the annual/term Primary Calendar, and oversee Primary excursions, incursions, and camps, ensuring seamless operations.

This is a full time (term time) role 8am to 4.06pm plus one additional week per holiday period and two weeks before school commences in January (44 weeks in total). Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in diary management for the Head of Primary
- Coordinate, develop and manage all office functions for the Head of Primary and support all of the work for the Head of Primary
- Maintain the annual/term Primary Calendar
- Maintain and oversee Primary excursions, incursions and camps including bookings, paperwork and forms
- Maintain relevant databases, hard copy files, and filing systems
- Organise events, functions and meetings required by the Head of Primary and the Primary Campus
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, memos, summaries as required
- Coordinate with the enrolments department in organising enrolment interviews and maintaining accurate enrolment records
- Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Primary Leadership Team as required
- Provide Administration leadership to the Primary Administrative team
