Melbourne City College Australia serves as a Registered Training Organisation, offering nationally recognized courses in Business, Leadership and Management, Commercial Cookery, Hospitality Management, Community Services, and English language programs catering to both domestic and international students.
Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals with vibrant personalities, and we are actively seeking an enthusiastic team member to join us. Currently, we are in search of an experienced sales manager to lead and boost student enrolments.
**About the role**
The RTO Sales Manager is instrumental in achieving student enrollment targets, leading a dynamic team to execute strategic plans. This role involves market research, relationship building, and budget management, ensuring compliance with regulations. Meticulous data analysis informs insightful reporting, contributing to continuous improvement and optimizing sales processes for organizational growth.
**General Duties & Responsibilites -**
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed student enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns to attract potential students.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the education landscape.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for program development and growth.
- Cultivate relationships with educational agents, schools, and other institutions to increase the organization's reach.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Provide feedback from the sales team to contribute to course development and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on enrollment statistics, sales performance, and related metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain a CRM system to track and manage leads, conversions, and ongoing relationships.
- Monitor financial performance against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales department and implement changes.
**Qualifications & Experiences**
- Proven track record in Sales/Business Development
- Previous engagement within the RTO/VET sector
- Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
- Established success in cultivating networks and relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
