**Our Client in Sunshine is looking for an exceptional Office All Rounder to join their team.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- General office and administration duties
- Filing of paperwork and digital files
- Assisting with and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assisting management, accounting, and administration teams
- Data entry of work order information
- Relieving duties from other office staff
- Receipting of debtor's payments and bank reconciliation
- Posting of Supplier / Accounts Payable invoices
- Assist in processing payable invoices and payment runs
- Assist in daily and EOM accounting process and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preferably experience in Accounts or similar role
- Strong working experience with accounting software and good computer skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Good & accurate data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
