**The role**
- Reporting to the Manager of City Compliance, we are seeking an Infringement Administation Officer who can bring their skills and experience to manage the infringement systems and databases within the relevant legislation and requirements and ensure they are correctly maintained and updated. As well as assist with financial and procurement administation and provide back up services to the City Compliance team,

**About you**
- To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Cerificate 3 in Office Administration or equivalent relevant experience in office administration.
- An understanding of City Compliance department functions, services and responsibilities and the processes involved with infringement management.
- Local government experience is desirable
- Brimbank City Council is a Child Safe organisation. Brimbank will implement all necessary measures to ensure a safe and supporting Council environment, which endeavours to promote child safe, child friendly practices.

- Essential : Ability to work in accordance with our values and behaviours
- Essential : Certificate 3 in Office Administration or equivalent experience in office administration
- Essential : Understanding of City Compliance department functions, services and responsibilities and the processes involved with infringement management.
- Essential : Ability to deal with difficult, upset or aggressive people
- Essential : Proven high level organisational skills
- Essential : Ability to assist in developing administration systems and procedures in a continuous improvement environment.
