**About the Role**

There is an opportunity available for a school leaver looking to secure a traineeship, or a university student looking to get experience in their field of study, in an entry-level role. Flexibility exist around training & education commitments. Initially you will provide reception and front counter services and administration support in our Kingsford office. This will allow you to choose your own direction within the Ahrens Group, and give you the necessary training to follow whichever career path you desire. From Finance, to IT, to Human Resources or working alongside our Design and Construction Teams - we will help you shape your career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage reception, greeting visitors, and handling phone inquiries and switchboard.
- Prepare reports and perform data entry.
- Record invoices for plant, equipment, and motor vehicles using Skytrust.
- Oversee petty cash, maintain records.
- Update and manage the Annual Leave Calendar.
- Maintain key registers and ensure security protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and lunchroom.
- Assist with morning tea and lunch preparation.
- Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and materials.
- Help with event coordination and clean-up.Provide ad-hoc assistance across departments as needed.

- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
