We have a great opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join our dynamic project team working within our Northern Region Construction Team on a significant program of works.

Your Contribution
- Receive and recording technical documents including drawings and specifications;
- Maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management;
- Coordinate storage and archiving of project and organisational records;
- Plan, supervise, and record document flow to, and from, all necessary parties;
- Collect and store files from various disciplines;
- Maintain a central project control system, covering project team, client, vendor and third-party documentation;
- Review, compile, scan and file documentation.

Let’s Connect

You will demonstrate the following:

- Sound experience in a similar role preferably in an Engineering or Construction environment;
- Knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols and electronic document management systems;
- Experience working with InEight (TeamBinder) and Microsoft Teams is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums;
- Strong attention to detail, and proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills
