The Opportunity

The P&C Advisor supports P&C Advisory Managers in providing trusted advice to business leaders on people-related initiatives throughout all stages of the employee life cycle. This role is critical to the delivery of key strategy business initiatives and supporting the planning and execution of major projects across Dexus.

This includes technical support in all generalist P&C activities and ensuring the most effective utilisation of P&C for the purpose of achieving strategic business objectives. This role is supported by a centralised group of P&C Consultants and P&C Centres of Excellence.

You will make an impact by:

- Working in partnership with P&C Advisory Managers to provide guidance and execution support to business leaders on all stages of the employment lifecycle (e.g. performance cycle, talent identification, succession planning)
- Supporting the execution of people-related initiatives initiated from P&C Centres of Excellence
- As required, work in partnership with P&C Consultants and other P&C teams to deliver people initiatives across the business
- As required, support P&C Advisory Managers and business leaders with BU people strategies and initiatives, such as team restructuring and change projects
- Support P&C Advisory Managers in the resolution of employee relations issues, including legal matters and workplace complaints in a timely manner (escalating to Workplace Relations Manager as required)
- Support the continuous improvement of P&C practices.

About You
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience within a P&C Advisory or similar role
- Demonstrate knowledge of recruitment, talent, remuneration and people practices
- Possess strong knowledge of HR best practice
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience with P&C metrics and analysis
- Relationship and influencing skills at senior levels
- Advanced business and commercial acumen
- Project management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict management skills
