Your Role
We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive for our **Hospitality & Residential Segment** to join the NSW Field Sales team. The role boasts with variety and has a key focus on new sales (70%) and account management (30%).
In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry-credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. Please note: This is a field sales role, you must be based in Sydney Metro to be eligible for this role.
Your Impact
- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update Salesforce daily
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about health & fitness, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.
What you should bring:

- At least 3 years’ sales experience as a BDM or Sales role
- Hunter personality
- Degree in relevant field
- Experience in prospecting, managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Result-driven approach
- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
