**Laverty Pathology** is committed to supporting practitioners by delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic results. Our core laboratory is located in North Ryde, and we have 3 other laboratories across Sydney - based in hospitals - to ensure we can get results back to doctors as soon as possible. In addition, we also have more than 500 collection centres for patients to visit at their convenience. In addition to this, we provide several Workplace Health & Safety testings for commercial clients.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Revenue, the Business Manager - Revenue will be responsible for driving revenue generation and business development across their respective business unit. You’ll be playing an important role in developing and overseeing the execution of our revenue strategies, emphasis on driving profitability and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Head of Revenue with the planning, development, and implementation of the Pathology revenue strategies
- Strategic and tactical lead for ACC lease negotiation and ACC placement to compliment revenue strategies
- Managing team and resources to drive revenue focus campaign, to generate and maintain set revenue targets and plan
- Maintain key relationships, maintain business intelligence of targeted market, identify market behaviour, and ensure Healius Pathology brand is consistent and respected
- Lead, mentor and coach high performing business development and sales team.
- Contribute as part of the business unit executive team
- Responsible for all property leases/ agreement within business unit
- Support and collaborate with other Business Manager - Revenue across all business units

**Role Competencies**
- 3+ years working in a similar role
- Ability to develop deep insights, uncover market gaps, drive innovation, collaborate and lead
- Strong analytical skills to support data driven decision making
- Assist in negotiation and provide direction on revenue focused ACC network
- Ability to inspire and guide Business Development Managers to succeed, supporting and facilitating resources for effective business development and marketing activities
