Business Support Officer

This role will be suited to a highly organized and motivated person who is able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite experience in a similar administrative role. Delivering high quality results will be your forte and will include:
- Provide general and confidential administrative support across the business.
- Organize business functions and travel arrangements.
- Reconcile expenses, prepare reports, and provide budget updates.
- Analyse data and create documents, presentations, and reports.
- Ensuring the maintenance of databases, organized filing systems and strict document control in accordance with policies and procedures.
In order to succeed in the role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A willingness to help and contribute to achieve common goals.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Effective time management skills.
- Adaptable and proactive, thrives in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
- Strong understanding of systems, procedures, and data utilization.
