**The opportunity**
Our Change Management Practice is expanding and as such, we are seeking multiple, career oriented and passionate, Chang professionals to join our Practice.
**Day - To - Day Deliverables as a Change Manager**
The Change manager is responsible for developing the initiatives, tools and systems to manage and deliver change within the client’s business and working within their strategies and frameworks. They will require master level stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to drive behavioural change and adoption in complex and diverse business environments. Capability includes:
- Facilitate the case for change with both executive level and impacted stakeholders, building strong relationships, and becoming a trusted partner and advisor to both.
- Develop and execute on strategic change plans and tactical communication plans in line with our client’s change frameworks, based on such models as PROSCI or CMBoK.
- Support the delivery team and change community of practice by providing guidance on change, engagement approaches and anticipate opportunities and blockers.
- Facilitation of a large, complex, or Enterprise-wide technical project implementations or transformation programs of work.
- The ability work in ambiguous and change resistant environments while being adaptive and able to work in agile and hybrid agile approaches.
