**Current opportunity**

Due to a recent team expansion, we have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Audit team. The primary responsibility for this role will be to work closely with multiple Partners to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Audit service line.

**Some of your key responsibilities include**:

- Provide high quality and personalised support to multiple Partners to assist with work prioritisation, management of correspondence and diary management.
- Administration support and assistance for the service line to ensure process alignment.
- Prepare accurate client engagement documentation and support Partners with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other written documentation.
- Support the month-end billing process and credit card/account reconciliation.
- Support Partners and the service line with travel bookings and travel management
- Undertake general office and administration duties as required
- Take minutes for various internal and external meetings
- Liaise with clients for internal and external meetings such as AGM’s
- Manage data base systems and client profile information

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role with a strong administration background
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of systems and software such as APS, Promaster or Virtual Cabinet would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
- Proactive and a collaborative mindset across the entire firm
