Our client is one of Australia's largest private investment groups with diversified business interests. They have a team of long standing and hard-working Executives, dedicated to providing quality service to their internal and external stakeholders.

Supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Group Financial Controller, this will be a diverse role suited to a highly organised administration professional. A flexible and proactive attitude is essential; you will need to be an experienced Executive Assistant with displayed initiative, senior administration skills, and the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- **Calendar and schedule management**: Anticipate weekly, monthly and quarterly needs - prioritise and ensure diligence in preparation.
- **Logistics management**: Travel coordination and consultation.
- **Collaboration**: Work in conjunction with other support and finance team members to ensure consistent support.
- **Data and Information Technology**: Compiling data and creating regular reports with a very high attention to detail. IT management and troubleshooting. Implementation of new systems.
- **Meeting and event management**: Organise internal and external meetings and conferences. Arrange catering, AV equipment and any other event coordination.
- **Confidentiality**: Liaise with major stakeholders and senior business Executives whilst using discretion, maturity and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- **Administration**: Intermediate to advanced level use of Microsoft suite. Undertake any general administration tasks as they arise, ensuring nothing is too much trouble.
- **Personal matters**: Handling occasional personal tasks and errands.

As a natural problem solver, you will understand the importance of your role in improving Executive level efficiency through building trust in your competence. Your attention to detail is critical, as is your ability to look for system improvements that benefit business efficiencies. With strong interpersonal skills, you will genuinely enjoy being part of a team, maintaining a close working relationship with those you support.

**To be successful in the role, you must also possess the following**:

- High level proficiency using Microsoft Suite & Adobe.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- High level of attention to detail as demonstrated in previous roles.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
