Dash Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our Melbourne based Aged care recruitment team based on St Kilda Rd.

The role also entails collaborating closely with the team which includes - administrators, compliance, recruitment resourcer, payroll & accounts and other account managers nationally. Working as a team will ensure we are meeting the team objectives and goals.

This role will require a strong understanding of BD, recruitment, sales, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing recruitment solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborating with a team of recruiters, communicating upcoming requirements, and providing guidance to the particulars of clients requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring that the Dash Groups recruitment services are the preferred choice.
- Work closely with the National Manager and Team Manager to develop and implement recruitment plans that meet the Dash Groups goals and objectives.
- Ensure that the Dash Groups policies and procedures are followed in all recruitment activities.
- Provide weekly reports to the team manager on the status of accounts, including progress against targets and KPIs
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with clients and keep abreast of industry developments.
- Attend regular client visits on a quarterly or as-required basis.
- Maintain Deputy - Putting shifts onto Deputy in real - time and maintaining throughout the day with any changes. Filling shifts and planning for future shifts

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and find solutions quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
