We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is the primary channel for developing strong, value-added relationships across our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong Relationship Management by acting as the “voice of JBIT” by reporting and promoting JBIT services and capabilities to our various clients.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand and define their current/future skills requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive your own performance through to a successful outcome
  • A strong team player

What do you need to become the successful applicant?

  • You will have a proven background that has shown consistent ability to meet and exceed customer expectation
  • Thorough understanding of the Information Technology industry
  • Demonstrate a strong business acumen.
  • You will be passionate about Customer Service
