**About the Role**:
The Team Lead Operations manages a team of Site Managers and Site Technicians. This position manages the Operations and Maintenance across Beon’s Solar Farm portfolio, ensuring performance and availability is maximised and health, safety and environmental obligations is satisfied.

**About you**:
You will be a key member of the Maintenance team and are responsible for contributing to maintenance process improvement and other agreed Beon business and people/culture improvement opportunities over time. You’re also responsible for further developing and sustaining a productive and healthy team culture aligned with Beon vision, values and latest direction.

**In this role you will deliver**:

- Ensure all employees and contractors activities comply with legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Provide leadership to employees, contractors and sub-contractors engaged in site activities, effectively dealing with any concerns or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in investigations and associated fault/event reporting.
- Support the monitoring, analysing and reporting on OH&S and performance/availability in order to meet contractual and legislative requirements.
- Lead the operational delivery of O&M contracts
- timeframes, quality, OH&S & environmental standards, ensuring customer and commercial requirements is satisfied.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with relevant stakeholders, including landowners and neighboring properties, to promote Beon’s reputation within the local community.
- Contribute suggestions and take actions to further improve team and personal delivery and impact, adding positively to the Beon culture and to Beon developments and delivery over time.
- Contribute to new, innovative, and relevant practical ways to meet business needs.

**To succeed in this role you will have**:

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician) or Electrical Fitting (or equivalent)
- Experience in operational delivery of maintenance and service contracts.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- balancing quality delivery on an array of contracts to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Excellent relationship building skills to work pragmatically and collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment and evidence of consistently being a credible role model, delivering, managing and working with others aligned with organisational values.
- Previous experience working as a team leader or people manager in the utilities, renewables or construction spaces (desirable).
