**Role Purpose**

**Skills, Knowledge and Attributes**
- Create and maintain documentation for common IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of the internal knowledge base, empowering Service Desk agents to handle common issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the IT support workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Sound communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage face to face & remote stakeholders.
- Experience in managing Microsoft environments including Active Directory (DS, DNS, DHCP), Office 365 and Azure AD.
- Analytical and structured approach to problem solving and ability to work independently

**Experience**
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
