**About the role**

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the Operations Administrator / Junior Document Controller provides administrative support to the Infrastructure Services team. The position’s prime focus is the administration of the document control system and processes, assisting in the preparation, update, distribution and control of high-quality project, procedure and policy documentation. This role is also responsible for providing general business and project administrative support, including travel administration backup.
- Administer the document control systems to ensure all project, procedure and policy document reviews and revisions are up to date.
- Ensure compliance with document and records management policies and procedures is maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly internal and client reports.
- Administrative support of operations and project teams as needed, including general purchasing, filing, couriers and organising team events.
- Provide back up support to travel and training administration as required.
- Provide Support to the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Emergency Manager as directed.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident and enthusiastic administrator with great time management and work planning skills. You will be able to prioritise demands, meet deadlines, have great attention to detail and be a tenacious problem-solver.
- Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative position.
- Document preparation, proofreading and editing skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Outlook skills.
- Document control or records management experience an advantage but not essential.
- Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System an advantage but not essential.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and tenacity to solve problems.
- Flexible and adaptable with great communication and interpersonal skills.
