**POSITION PURPOSE**

We are continuing to evolve IELTS operations to support our global growth and the integrity of the IELTS brand. Supporting IDP’s ongoing transformation of IELTS digital operational experience this role will provide end to end Product Management for IELTS digital platforms. Collaborating with the broader IELTS team, and the role manages the prioritization, delivery, and business and Customer benefit realization of IELTS Products delivered through the platforms.

Through sound customer research, market and data analysis, along with co-validation with IDP’s global network you will identify opportunities to develop, enhance and improve the internal and external Customer experience of IELTS digital product and services. You will lead and drive the development of the strategic roadmap for the allocated products and work with the teams to implement and deliver, achieving the targeted business and customer outcomes.

This is an exciting role, managing a portfolio of digital services that have a critical contribution to our customers experience of IELTS.

A **full-time permanent opportunity** based out of **Melbourne**, reporting to the Chief Technology & Innovation Officer - IELTS.

**Responsibilities include;**
- Management of the development of a consolidated Product Roadmap for **IELTS** digital services aligning senior management strategic objectives, working with Product Owners to develop delivery plans
- Management of current products to create amazing customer experiences focusing on the product lifecycle, new product development and operational process improvements to drive efficiencies and deliver on business objectives
- Continually walk in the customers shoes (using data and hands on experiences) across the digital and physical platforms for identifying and driving continuous improvement via a prioritised backlog being actively worked on by the required teams
- Collaborate with Digital Experience and research teams to facilitate regular co-design to enable a complete understanding of customer needs
- Participate in the development of the core value proposition for **IELTS** **digital services, supporting physical and digital customer interactions, omnichannel experience and lifecycle and operational efficiencies.
- Reporting of key metrics impacting business performance, including tracking of benefits realisation (from new products and improvements)
- Leveraging data from across the platform and working with data teams, identify opportunities such as ‘next best action’ or gaps that could be addressed which would improve commercial outcomes
- Manage initiatives in the roadmap across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes, co-ordinating and managing dependencies in release schedules
- Work through and create change management plans with key stakeholders to optimize customer, business and operational adoption and performance
- Lead Product Owners to ensure effective implementation of the product strategy, roadmap and performance objectives
