This is an incredible full time, permanent role is based in our stylish Mount Waverley Head Office working collaboratively with the National Product Development Team.
Reporting to the National Product Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: Responsible for the co-ordination of administrative functions within the National Product Development teamProvide Operational support and assistance to the National Product Development management teamSupport the delivery of new product to market through the Product Management, Design and Commercialisation functionsCo-ordinate internal and external stakeholders to assist project delivery as required; andEnsure Metricon maintain a competitive advantage through product research and maintenance of product databases.

The successful candidate will have: Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standardsHighly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and customersFostering productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer serviceIntermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skillsHighly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities; andWorking knowledge of the building and construction process.
