Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced product manager to lead a product team. The Product team's mission is to research and deeply understand the complex art copyright market, in order to design and develop products which help our stakeholders connect their IP to commercial channels for monetisation. To be successful you will be leading the product design, based on market research and user feedback and then liaising with engineering leads to implement the development of the product.
We need someone who is driven, clever, hard-working, and able to deliver exceptional leadership across the product team. This role is a great fit for anyone who loves art, a dynamic working environment, and can thrive in a complex partner ecosystem.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's vision, market trends, and customer needs. Continuously monitor the market landscape, competition, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
- Product Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure timely delivery. Employ agile methodologies to drive efficient and effective product development.
- Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape. Leverage customer feedback and data analytics to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure the team's professional growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to align strategies and deliver exceptional products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to executive leadership, stakeholders, and the broader organisation. Present compelling business cases, roadmap updates, and product performance metrics to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.
- Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches. Provide product knowledge and support to sales teams, enabling them to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement in product management practices. Identify areas for process optimisation, implement best practices, and stay updated with industry advancements and emerging trends in product management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Design best practices and experience in developing service design blueprints
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Must demonstrate trust and credibility
- Available to start immediately full-time, or as soon as possible
