Join us as an **Asset Maintenance Coordinator,** where you support the delivery of the annual planned and corrective repair and maintenance activities in alignment with Service Level Agreements to ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of the Port. The annual infrastructure maintenance program is integral to ensuring the continued safe and efficient operation of the Port assets and forms a core part of the Port of Brisbane’s asset management system.

**This bit matters **We’re an equal opportunity employer and we’re proud of our diverse work environment. We are also on our own journey to support an even more diverse and inclusive workplace culture. We recognise the need to continue to encourage diversity and strive to have a workforce that is representative of our community. If you have any questions about our inclusivity or accessibility, please do get in touch.
**Five reasons why we hope you’ll apply**
You’ll enjoy some great benefits at Port of Brisbane, including Flex-Work, a Healthy Lifestyle Program including a free on-site gym, a subsidised Café, and a commitment to developing our people. But joining us in this role should mean so much more.
**1. A diverse role where every day’s different**
As part of our Infrastructure team, you’ll get interesting, unique work, as you work across a diverse range of assets. We asked Wade Reidy, who was recently promoted into the role of Asset Maintenance Lead why he loved the Asset Maintenance Coordinator role, and he said "I was deep into asset management when I started at the Port of Brisbane but what attracted me was the large range of asset types the Port has. 3 years in and I'm still learning something new every day."
**2. An important job, a powerful purpose**
What we do at Port of Brisbane affects all Queenslanders and many who visit our State and future Olympic city. The Port’s development helps drive our economy and community well-being while seeking to positively impact on the City and environment of Moreton Bay. Getting this ‘balance’ right requires dedicated and passionate professionals.
**3. A place where flexibility matters too**
We expect a lot from our people, who are committed and dedicated to our mission. But in return for your efforts, you’ll enjoy flexibility and balance, no matter what’s important to you outside of work. Talk to us about a 9-day fortnight, working from home, staggered start and finish times or other arrangements that would support balance.
**4. A welcoming, supportive culture**
You’ll find so many friendly, connected people at Port of Brisbane, and our Infrastructure team are no exception. We get on really well and love to collaborate, with our focus always on our customers.
**5. A proud reputation; a bright future**
You’ll join a company renowned for best practice in our industry, and a team that is proud of what we’ve delivered historically. But we’re not sitting still. Bring your fresh perspectives and expertise to a team that truly values them.
