A new opportunity to join Ventia as an Asset Maintenance Planner in our Defence and Social Infrastructure Sector working on the SEQ Schools Contract. This is a permanent full-time role which offers hybrid working conditions and the chance play an intricate role in project optimisation and improvements plans.

About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for the development, coordination and execution of asset maintenance plans for assets within the contract including management of asset lifecycle, preventative and planned maintenance and high priority service orders. Duties include:

Review and process QFM asset / master data changes Schedule, dispatch and monitor routine maintenance and service orders issued to workforce Maintain technical procedures, work instructions, inspections and checklist and ensure availability/access within technical packages and QA systems Maintain work schedules including scheduling data, internal and subcontractor resources, resource data changes and de-activating resources Provide triage and custodianship of all scheduling faults, request and problems


Required Skills and Experience
Experience working on a similar contract with knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and statutory requirements, asset maintenance experience and the ability to effectively deliver maintenance scheduling and planning services in a facilities maintenance environment.

Tertiary qualifications in planning / Facilities maintenance experience Blue card working with children (highly desirable / ability to obtain) Strong technical understanding of compliance Demonstrated problem solving capabilities with a risk based approached to decision making Strong maintenance planning experience, time management and communication skills Good computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management systems
