About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Defence Asset Coordinator to join our team at Raytheon Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage data entry and upkeep of relevant inventory management systems.
  • Sources quotes and requisitions for identified calibrations and repairs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators and logistics governance metrics.
  • Maintain export/import compliance.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Supply/Logistics or related training.
  • At least 2 years' experience in repair management within a defence sustainment program.
  • Operation of MILIS is highly desirable.
  • Experience using SAP is highly desirable.
  • Certificate III or IV in Sustainment Life Cycle Management would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with EXIM, EHS, and Quality policies, as well as Foreign Military Sales processes.
