About the Role

The Maintenance & Systems Advisor plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining cost-effective maintenance strategies aligned with our business objectives. This position is responsible for timely and accurate reporting on compliance to set work management measures.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining Mainpac asset data integrity in accordance with Qube Master Data Standards and escalating any necessary adjustments.
  • Developing and maintaining system-generated maintenance strategies for assets based on site needs.
  • Reporting on maintenance compliance and driving continuous improvement through site engagement.
  • Setting up new assets in Mainpac and ensuring tactics align with the new site's maintenance activities.
  • Disposing of assets within the Mainpac system when approved.
  • Supporting and developing new site team members in the operation of Mainpac.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in systems maintenance, administration, data entry, or similar roles.
  • Trade qualifications or certificate-level qualifications in similar or transferrable fields.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • An ability to work well within a small team environment.
