**The impact you'll have**:
At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.
As the Allocations Coordinator you are responsible for the efficient scheduling of Conciliation Conferences by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely, efficient and seamless delivery of conciliation conferences that allow injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives.
Harnessing your experience in rostering, allocation or administration you will effectively plan and organise with the ability to adapt to fluctuating and competing demands in order to drive a seamless, timely, and positive service experience.
With your strong interpersonal skills you will build constructive working relationships between the Registry and Conciliation teams to support the delivery of high quality Conciliation Service. In addition you will play a key role liaising, communicating and interacting with all stakeholders involved in the dispute resolution, including injured workers, WorkSafe Agents, Self-Insurers etc.
You will bring your proactive, can do attitude, solutions focused approach and client experience mindset to this role, effectively contributing to WIC's organisational strategic objective in enhancing the services for our Injured Workers and external parties.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships that support the delivery of exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise in a professional, ethical manner, dealing with sensitive information and diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining and protecting confidentiality.
- Proven ability to embracing change and is open and adaptable to change, new ways of working and new technologies.
- Experience in Rostering, Allocation or Administration, or similar.
