- Collaborate across teams, ensuring student-centric solutions and smooth operations.
- Process requests accurately and efficiently, maintaining data integrity and streamlining processes.
- Support strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, comprehensive recommendations, and identifying improvement opportunities.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in;
- Taking veracious minutes of meetings
- Juggling competing tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Communicating (both written and oral) with and managing stakeholder enquiries and requests (both internally and externally) in a professional and timely manner
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritise work, undertaking ad hoc tasks as required
- Interpersonal attributes, where stakeholders and colleagues feel comfortable approaching you
- Strong aptitude working with MS Office programs, and the willingness to learn new systems
- Proven ability to exercise initiative, think strategically and creatively as well as adopt an active approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of policy and legislative requirements associated with Higher Education
- Willingness to undertake professional development
